London rockers SLAVES TO GRAVITY have just announced the addition of a number of shows to their full UK tour in April, in support of debut album 'Scatter The Crow' (out March 31), preceded by new single 'Mr Regulator' (out March 17).
These new releases follow on from their critically and commercially lauded singles 'Big Red', which hit the UK Rock Charts at #4 and spent 4 weeks in the Top 10, and 'Meantime', which went one better and hit the UK Rock Chart at #3!
Mixed by Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Feeder etc) and produced by the band themselves, it is armed with monstrous riffs, huge grooving rhythms and battle-cry melodies.
Having had TWO Top Five singles in the UK Rock Chart, been tipped as 'Hot Band of 2008' in RockSound, Metal Hammer and Big Cheese Magazines, announced as finalists in the 'Best Breakthrough Artist' category at last years BT Digital Music Awards, having performed a number of groundbreaking shows at last years CMJ Music Festival in New York and are heading out shortly to play at the infamous SXSW festival in Austin, Texas......proof, if proof was needed, that these guys are at the vanguard of a rock renaissance!!
