Kid Rock pleads 'not guilty' in Waffle House scrap. In October of '07, Kid Rock and his posse got into a rather large fight at a Waffle House in Atlanta when some random local shouted some stuff to a female in Kid Rock's party. The 'singer' and 5 of his homies were arrested for battery. Earlier today, he sent his lawyer to court to plead 'not guilty' on his behalf.

Come on...we all know he did it. This is OJ all over again.
