Metal Blade Europe have set up a preview page where you can listen exclusively to TWO new CATARACT songs taken from the upcoming album ‘Cataract’ (to be released March, 22nd in D/A/CH/I, March, 25th in the rest of Europe). Here's the deal: 1. Crowdsurfer contest: register by emailing to info@cataract.cc

We will pick 5 people who will be crowdsurfing with some kind of helping device during the show. Whoever lasts longest, wins. It's a no rule match, so you may attack your competitors… Winner gets free entry to all our Swiss shows in 2008 and of course the new cd and a t-shirt! 2. Fashion Victim Contest: Since we haven't managed to produce a megaselling fashion item, we ask for advice – design your own Cataract garment, move your butt to the merchtable and register. You choose what it will be and how it will look like, can be a serious attempt to future fashion design, can be a request for a beatdown… The winner gets to pick a whole outfit (shirt, zipper, cap, cd) from our merch so you don't get bullied on the way home! 3. B-day raffle: We will get rid of a bunch of goodies during the night…every entry gets a number, so everyone has the same chances! There’ll be a lot of DC and Kingshot stuff to win! WHITECHAPEL entering the studio!

A quick update from our new Deathcore masters WHITECHAPEL:
“We are back home from the Doomsayer tour and it was ****ing incredible! We had a blast and enjoyed every aspect about the tour! In other news, we are entering the studio on March 12th to record our second full length album with Backyard Studios artist Jonny Fay (ex-The Red Chord guitarist). We are very excited to work with Jonny on this record which will be released around Sumertime on Metal Blade Records. Stay tuned for more updates. Thanks.”
