Altsounds - 36 CRAZYFISTS DEBUT NEW SONG!!

Alaskan metal heavyweights 36 Crazyfists will debut a brand-new song from their upcoming album, The Tide and Its Takers, exclusively on Myspace Metal.

The track “Absent Are The Saints” will be available starting March 11th only at MySpace.com - MySpace A Place for Metal: Death and Heavy Metal Music with Metal Sanaz.

Singer Brock Lindow comments on the song: “I’m excited people are finally getting to hear it. We’ve been sitting on it for a while, so now people outside our circle of friends have a chance to hear the new music. Lyrically, “Absent Are The Saints” is about how some people pray for and wait for change it rather than making it happen themselves. It’s about being proactive about changing your life.”

CONFIRMED FOR DOWNLOAD, GRASPOP and ROCK AM RING / ROCK IM PARK FESTIVALS

36 CRAZYFISTS have announced their first three European festival appearances for this Summer. These will be Download (UK), Graspop (Belgium) and Rock Am Ring / Rock Am Park (Germany).

DOWNLOAD takes place at Donington Park right next to East Midlands Airport. Donington Park lies where the three counties of Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire meet and the festival takes place between the 13th and 15th of June 2008.

So far exact dates and times have yet to be announced but they will be joining Kiss, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Job For A Cowboy, In Flames, The Black Dahlia Murder, Dillinger Escape Plan and The Devil Wears Prada plus loads more to be announced.

36 CRAZYFISTS will be at ROCK IM PARK at Nurnberg Zeppelinfield , Germany on June 6th 2008 along with Die Toten Hosen, Queens Of The Stone Age, HIM, Kid Rock, Dimmu Borgir and more.
The same line up moves to ROCK AM RING at Nurnburgring / Eifel on June 8th.

36 Crazyfists is currently touring with DevilDriver, Napalm Death, and Invitro on the Bound By The Road tour to support the May 26th UK release (May 30th in G/A/S) of The Tide and Its Takers. The album is the Ferret Music debut from 36 Crazyfists.

36 Crazyfists will be making their first appearance on a major US festival tour when they play this summer’s inaugural Rockstar Energy MAYHEM Festival. The festival features Slipknot, Disturbed, and Dragonforce headlining, with 36 Crazyfists landing a spot on the Jagermeister Second Stage.
