2008 may not have reached its half way point yet but Rolling Stone has already named their “Best in Rock” and metal prodigies Black Tide have thrashed their way into a coveted spot.

Declared one of four “Best Rookies of 2008,” Rolling Stone explains, “These scarily talented Miami prodigies – lead singer and guitarist Gabriel Garcia is only fifteen – play a tuneful brand of metal that’s been AWOL since the Reagan years.
