I read an interesting non-story in Billboard today about how Metallica might have their own version of Guitar Hero coming out, but nothing is definitive and no one is making a real announcement. What the hell kind of journalism is this? It's really just an ad for The Aerosmith edition.

In more important Guitar Hero news, Guitar Hero: On Tour (GH4) is expected to come out around the holidays. It's supposed to be a rival to Rock Band and will offer more instruments than just guitar.

A Metallica version will probably happen. Just makes sense. I'm still trying to beat their song on GH3 though, so I don't really care.

I heard that somewhere else as well..but I can't remember where.

That song on GH3 is easy....on the medium level, haven't faced it on the hard level.

I know! I kicked its ass on medium, but on hard I get like 97% of the way through it before getting booed off the stage
