Starting Thursday, June 27th at midnight EST, you can hear Alkaline Trio's new album Agony and Irony in its entirety on the band's MySpace page. The Josh Abraham (Slayer, Velvet Revolver) produced album features the lead single “Help Me,” which was inspired by the Joy Division biopic, Control. In an upcoming interview with Ultimate-Guitar, vocalist/guitarist Matt Skiba explained his love for the Post-Punk legends, “The sincerity of their music combined with their imagery and art is like nothing else.”
Agony and Irony is out on July 1st through Epic Records.
