So...I'm sure you know the bands and you probably saw the film, but now you can post DIG!, in its entirety, on your site.

We’re working with a very cool company called SnagFilms who are offering full length, award-winning films in the form of a widget. What does this mean? It means that you can actually embed the little player below into your website and offer these films directly to your readers for free. You can basicaly turn a little bit of your site into a free online theater, while supporting a bunch of great independent filmmakers, which is pretty darn cool. (Especially during the summer--who doesn't like watching movies in the summer?)

To check out the DIG! film widget, or to embed it click here, or just click the widget image below. (If you just want to link to it, that's cool, too, but the widget looks pretty great

Seven years in the making and culled from 2000 hours of footage, DIG! plunges into the underbelly of rock n roll, unearthing an incredible true story of success and self-destruction. Anton A. Newcombe of the Brian Jonestown Massacre and Courtney Taylor of the Dandy Warhols are star-crossed friends and bitter rivals - DIG! is the story of their loves and obsessions, gigs and recordings, arrests and death threats, uppers and downers, and the delicate balance between art and commerce.

Winner of the 2004 Grand Jury Prize at Sundance, DIG! garnered major critical acclaim. The New York Times’ A.O. Scott wrote, “Heaven-sent! If universities ever start graduate programs in rock stardom, “Dig!” will surely be a cornerstone of the curriculum” and Newsweek hailed DIG! as “Painfully funny. It’s like a spectacular roadside accident; you can’t turn away.
