 Primal Scream’s ninth LP ‘Beautiful Future’ has now been released as a deluxe box set, packed with exclusive content and fantastic limited edition extras. ‘Beautiful Future: Boxed Edition 2008’ contains the following:- ‘Beautiful Future’ album, over two heavyweight 180 gsm vinyl LPs
- Additional 12” including exclusive Andrew Weatherall remix of ”Uptown”
- 12-page fully illustrated booklet
- Exclusive, limited edition Beautiful Future cinematic poster
- Credit panel, foil blocked on red, mirrored paper
It is now available online at Untitled Document and PRIMAL SCREAM. ‘Beautiful Future’ is Primal Scream’s ninth studio album and their first for B-Unique. The bulk of the album was produced by Björn Yttling [Peter, Björn and John] and Paul Epworth (Bloc Party) including the incredible first single ‘Can’t Go Back’ which was out in July. Primal Scream have made a fantastic start to the summer festival season. After playing an incendiary double-header with MC5 at Meltdown, Bobby and co. put in superb performances at both Hop Farm (special guests of Neil Young) and T in the Park. The band are to embark on a full UK tour as part of the NME Rock’n’Roll Riot tour across November and December.
