Of course I'm only joking it's an awesome place with possibly the best new music scene in the country and I would highly recommend paying a visit!

I just live a bit further out of town making some venues a little out of my reach unless I'm willing to fork out on expensive taxis - and I'm generally not!

Just kidding too, I am definitely going to visit one day, and I am DEFINTELY going to visit Edinburgh properly too. The one time I was there was last year on the way home from T in the Park, so we were only there a few hours. I was impressed though.

Yeah Edinburgh is the posh equivalent of Glasgow but it's a nice place got some good wee venues as well - but Glasgow is the place to go.

Well I've never been stabbed in the eye, never even been threatened with a spoon or anything so it's not that bad.

Edinburgh is like going back in time if you walk around the right places, some it is still the way it was back in the 1800's it's bizarre!

Actually we should probably not just continue this bidding war either because it's just cluttering up that thread, and making it harder for Chris to see who requested what. Plus there is no point in us trying to lose the other more money we have worked so hard to accumulate.
