Soft Toy Emergency have created an absolutely cracking debut single here! 'I Kno U Want It’ is quite simply an ‘of the moment tune’, it’s right on the money and couldn’t possibly be a more current song if it tried! It is ‘the’ sound of ‘now’! A little too impossible to pin down, a little bit like Jen actually, but for those of you reading this (for this instant) I’ll call it ‘electro’.

Soft Toy Emergency’s sound is tough to narrow down, mainly because their material has a great diversity to it. Think of them as a massive wild recorded party. It’s an electronic collective of bouncy beats with a great mix of electronic samples, delicately fused together with exquisitely sounding guitar and bass riffs, cemented with a distinctive lead singers voice that will not only inject a mass of energy in you, but will at the same time have you in a flurry of adoration. I’ll warn you, prepare to be electronic seduced into a frenzy of electronic craziness.

'I Kno U Want It’ is a haze of electronic beats and sounds, which throughout the song fall upon you as if to create a dusting of electricity. The song is so energetic it just turbo charges you, turning you into some powered up crazy baboon. If the song were a human, it would be a diabetic person who consumed the entire sweet shop and is riding a sugar high the size of a gigantic Big Sur wave!

'I Kno U Want It’ will, in short, have you jumping around like you’re at a party, even if you’re the only one in a darkly lit room! The song just beams energy which, if you have seen them live, you will undoubtedly agree. The whole band just exude super-electricity, perhaps helped by feisty lead singer Jen’s constant jumping around on stage somehow having the ability and skill to avoid every on-stage obstacle in her way, I’m sure she’s super human! If the Duracell bunny met this band he may as well retire, he just wouldn’t be able to keep up.
