Who’s ever heard of Sturgis, SD? Anyone, anyone, anyone….Bueller? If this thought happens to pass through your mind as you read the title of this DVD all I can say is, welcome to the club! Maybe if you’re at all into the biker scene Sturgis is the stuff dinner conversations are made of. Sturgis is a tiny little town of just over 6,000 people nestled in the southwest region of the great state of South Dakota. Every Summer this tiny little spec of town plays host to nearly 500,000 biker fiends at the “Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.”

The 2006 Sturgis Rally provided the perfect backdrop for Nickelback’s rockin’ sound to be caught on video in front of crowd of 45,000 screaming biker babes and dudes.

Live At Sturgis features a variety of songs from the Nickelback’s albums, Silver Side Up and The Long Road. The hits include, “Photograph,” “Never Again,” “Someday,” “Never Again,” and “How You Remind Me” All and all, this is a very entertaining performance that features catchy riffs and flawless vocals by front man Chad Kroeger.

Along with the concert, Live At Sturgis also features a special behind-the-scenes interview with all four members of Nickelback, a photo gallery of the concert, Sturgis 101 Vignette, and the music video for the smash hit “Rockstar.”

Most avid Nickelback fans are probably already familiar with this DVD, if not, check it out, it’s sure to entertain.
