‘Whatever gets you off’ is the debut album from rocks newest 5-piece sensation. The Last Vegas deliver a phenomenal amount of energy through guitar driven tracks combined with insanely catchy chorus' and even a few finger-splitting guitar solos all packed into this 11 track debut.

Forming in Normal, IL (Normal being the name of their town…oddly enough), The Last Vegas bring their journey into fame after winning the Guitar centre on stage contest, blowing just under 8,000 other bands out of the water for the ultimate prize of opening for rock titans Motley Crue on tour. Between the 5 members we see collective musical influences from Classic Rock, Glam and even Punk. The result of which brings us an album of pure musical energy guaranteed to make you dust off your old air guitar.

Tracks such as ‘I’m bad’ and ‘Cherry Red’ could easily be seen as anthems of any rock club, where as the epic power ballad ‘Apologise’ is somewhat reminiscent of Aerosmith’s ‘I don’t wanna miss a thing’ on some levels. 'What ever gets you off’ seems to have a song for everyone and every mood. All in all, any one of these tracks could easily populate any of the Guitar Hero games we all love, giving you some idea of just what you will expect to hear on this CD.

The Last Vegas takes a 21st century spin on the whole glam rock genre, whilst at the same time still keeping true to the musical scene made popular by the likes of Kiss and countless other stadium rock acts we have seen come find a home in the spotlight over the years.

The album itself remains extremely radio friendly, which means that we can hope to see The Last Vegas become a more mainstream band, resulting in more radio and TV publicity, gaining them more success and hopefully letting the world see a lot more of them in the future.

If you’re a fan of any kind of Rock (or any kind of great music for that matter) then your definitely going to find something on this album you will love!
