My Passion seem to be the next big thing at the moment, Kerrang loves them, they're getting bookings from the same agency as mSI and given that they look a gothic/emo combination [knowing my tastes] I should be ranting about style over substance now.

However, 'Thanks For Nothing' proves me right that some bands despite how they are hyped or how they are portrayed via their image can actually surprise me musically.

The high energy starts with vocals similar to Hollywood Undead before a high pitched vocal kicks in which is very similar sounding to the Blood Brothers' lead singer. All of this combined leads to an energetic, near 3 mins of pure fun!

Combine this with electro beats and guitars in the style of Rebel to anything MSI era and it makes for a single that has you tapping you toes and nodding your head and shall ensure that My Passion make the mainstream rock scene quite easily.

A good start and I hope the album is just as good as 'Thanks for Nothing'!
