Mixing up the styles into a musical concoction of R&B and Indie Rock is Cherri V. She brings an assorted bag of Beyonce flavoured nuts to your speakers with new single 'Til The Sun Comes Up'.

This is one of those mediocre pop tracks trying to be different. Cherri V tries to create a new platform of influential song writing and does a pretty good job. Catchy, different and most definitely sellable. It's a ballsy approach, but gradually takes away your inhibitions to turn a blind eye to these ever present Hip Hop R&B mini mixtures.

Some clever production and Timberland styled "Hey" backing vocals makes 'Til The Sun Comes Up' a soulful musical dialect that we all want to speak. Immediately Beyonce springs out in the track, which leaves a stink on the whole thing. Along with some jerky distorted guitar-lines to fill the mix. Giving us an indication that the debut album may be something we have heard over and over again on those darn music channels.

T2's rework of 'Til The Sun Comes Up' doesn't really offer much apart from some eery bass and wobbly synth melodies. It's an average remix, and not worthy of being a full release. Don Haffer's attempted mix jungles it up a little, with a more worldly tribal vibe. By far the better rework.

If you haven't popped your R&B mixture cherry yet it might be worth checking this bird out, I'm sure the charts will see her all over the shop soon anyway.

Tracks:
1. 'Til The Sun Comes Up (Original Mix)
2. 'Til The Sun Comes Up (T2 Remix)
3. 'Til The Sun Comes Up (Don haffer Remix
