Law Abiding Citizens - Little L [Single] 1 Attachment(s) Law Abiding Citizens seem to be the offspring of the British punk scene of the 1970’s. From the 1st second of 'Little L,' the slightly miss-tuned and high-end tone of the guitars take you right back to the glory days of MANY of the greats such as The Clash and The Jam whilst at the same time keeping true to the modern music of today’s UK and international acts such as The Libertines and The Strokes. 'Little L' may be the typical type of music that you could either hear
The single ‘Little L’ is probably the prime example of what makes British music what it is today. It has that rebellious vocal chanting that will stick in anyone’s head and is incredibly catchy. "Little L" may be annoying at times, but it is also really good. Like I mentioned, this track has a lot of attitude, rebellion and a generally gritty tone. These, for me at least, are the key ingredients to making a great song, giving music refreshing change from all the marketed pop acts that are out there today (which I’m not saying are bad, it is just that there is so many it makes you wonder if we have to many). If punk rock isn’t in your musical vocabulary, then that’s fine. If you do want to check it out, then these guys would definitely be a great place to start. Law Abiding Citizens are going to have a big impact on the punk scene, so keep an eye out in the near future. |
Re: Law Abiding Citizens - Little L [Single] Shame these guys don't have better artwork or photos. They should come to us! |
Re: Law Abiding Citizens - Little L [Single] They need a make-over too, so perhaps they should stop to see Gok on the way. |
