Swedish five piece Gasoline Queen have been around since 2004, earning a reputation for their sweaty, energetic and raw live shows. With names such as Dee “Fck” Fearless (lead vocals), Mart Wildheart (lead guitar) or Mad Dog (bass), you can probably guess what Gasoline Queen sound like. “Gas For The Underclass” is a four track EP of simple, rough, straight in your face 80’s inspired street rock. The kind you would have heard back then from people like LA Guns, and nowadays... still from LA Guns, but with a lot less energy. Songs like ‘Broke, Cursed and Damned’ are nothing new, starting with the title, but there’s a whole underground cult movement of Sunset Strip nostalgic's who will absolutely love this, plus this genre always has a very good outcome live. Motley Crue-ish ‘Down All Around’ would probably be a great show opener.
