On March 21, 2012 AltSounds was able to catch Asking Alexandria, Motionless In White, I See Stars, and Amity Affliction on 'The Still Reckless Tour' at The Music Farm in Charleston, South Carolina.

Kicking the night off was opening act, Amity Affliction. Full of energy and spontaneously exciting behavior, Amity Affliction bounced from one side of the stage to the other. Fans were also bouncing around on the tip of their toes throughout the entire set. These Australian boys sure knew how to open a show and definitely got the crowd pumped for the three bands to follow.

Second up was, I See Stars and I must say that if I were these boys I would be seeing stars too. They were so full of energy, constantly bouncing from one side of the stage to the next as well. With headbanging skills like theirs I would totally be left seeing some stars. Playing both popular songs off of earlier albums, as well as some tracks off of their recently released album "Digital Renegae", I See Stars sure know how to entertain the crowd. Not only was the crowd into the band, but the band was just as much into the crowd, constantly reaching out to their fans and lacing fingers. Energy levels were at an all time high throughout this concert, that is for sure.

Third up was controversial band, Motionless In White. The screams coming from the crowd seemed to get even louder as these boys took the stage. Dressed much differently than the rest of the bands on this tour, Motionless In White do not care to 'dress to impress', wearing what they like and without giving a damn what other people said or thought about them. Just as for the previous two opening acts, Motionless In White raised the energy bar a little higher, ready for when the headlining act took the stage. Full of screams, arm flails, and a lot of headbanging, Motionless In White connected well with their crowd and owned the stage. One of the songs that received the most crowd participation was popular track, 'Creatures'.

And, last but not least came headlining act, Asking Alexandria who knew all to well how to be a headlining act; Asking Alexandria stole the show with their thrilling performance. The crowd went nuts, with their screaming and shrieking as these boys took the stage. Playing a number of songs for a long set, Asking Alexandria totally rocked The Music Farm. Movement surrounded the entire building; From one wall to the next, silence could not be heard and still bodies were not seen. Whether you were jumping up and down, throwing your hands in the air, moshing, or crowd surfing, everyone was moving! Asking Alexandria put on one hell of a killer performance, starting off strong finishing on an equal high. Asking Alexandria have phenomenal stage presence. Their energy levels were high, their fog/light show was killer, and the connection between them and the crowd was what can only be described as "love at first sight". I can honestly say that their entire performance ran flawless. Asking Alexandria vocals were legitimately perfect, and the instruments were always on cue whilst their light show ran nicely alongside their performance as a whole. Each of these elements combined and made for quite a memorable night.

Overall, this concert deserves a rave review. Amity Affliction, I See Stars, Motionless In White, and Asking Alexandria are four different bands, each with their own story and their own style, but, as a whole, this collective knew how to put on one heck of a show. Every member of every band that took the stage was energetic and because of an overall performance like this, you definitely received more than your money’s worth.

If 'The Still Reckless Tour' is coming to a city near you I highly recommend that you attend. You will be glad that you spent the money on a night that you will forever remember.
