Straylight Run - Prepare To Be Wrong EP

have to admit that piano music normally upsets me, and not in an angry way, but in a touching I want to cry sorta way, so I don't normally listen to this type of stuff...On to the review...I have SLR's first cd, and its ok, not my thing, a bit to "deep" for me...now this new EP has something more to it, more "hooky" (if I can get away with that), and more honesty to it...hell, they even go for Bob Dylan cover on this one (With God On our Side)...its not the greatest thing in the world for me, but I enjoyed the few spins it has gotten thus far, just good soft piano rock, and not "EMO", but dramatic and hauntingly captivating...check it out if you want some piano music and are too ashamed to buy Ben Folds' records...ok, its a good cd, still not my thing...but good 8.0/10
