WOW, from SHARK ETHIC to TEMPORARY SOLUTION TO A PERMANENT PROBLEM, this perfect representation of honesty and conviction. Indecision and One King down were AMAZING bands, and with members from both, the newest offering of hardcore GOES FOR THE THROAT OF EVERYONE...MERCILESS IS JUST THAT, ****ING MERCILESS...the message is there, from animal rights, to getting over fear, and eating a diet that respects animals and human health, fighting back at the ****ed problems of this world, this is what hardcore was, and should be, a ****ING THREAT, this is one of the two most dangerous releases this year. The music is the same MPB style, but with orchestral parts and synth parts that only add to the atmosphere of the record, it is dark and brooding and pissed off, what hardcore should be...this is something hardcore needed, and I am glad that bands are willing to take real risks in their music, art, and message to get it out there, the uncompromising DIY/EIY ethic of MPB returns, so get this, this record is perfect, and the skits at the end of the music (a MPB/INDECSION tradition) are just icing on this musical (vegan) cake.
