Revelation Records
CUAD is a band you either get or you don't. I mean these guys made a shirt (I still want) of a record review from a zine that was 1 and a half stars and the line "UNINSPIRING AT BEST".... that zine was waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy wrong. The Vegas destructo crew has grown up, and it shows. Yes they still play there corrosive and acidic hardcore, yes the breakdowns are still there, the throat wrenching vocals still remain. This new full length was more than expected in my eyes, after releases 2 EP's that could be a great full-length (which I did on my Mp3 Player). This is an even heavier and (dare I say at times) a more stripped down "We may be through with the past...but the past ain't through with us" (EP's). They have broken away from the "poor mans Converge" label, and made soemthing brilliant. It is good, it is inspiring, and the same smart-assed humor remains. I love it
PS - they broke up...I am sad
