Long Island is well known for having great bands come out of there. From the early days of VOD, Silent Majority, Tripface, and so on for today of FATA, The Sleeping, Cipher and This Is Hell.

Well, it is finally here. The first full release of This Is Hell, and it will make you want to move. Sure, some people will say it kind of sounds like Modern Life is War meets Bane meet American Nightmare…blah blah blah.

This is a good CD, musically it has so much energy it could power even the most cr00sh of bedroom moshing for weeks on end. It has good melodic guitars, some of the best lyrics I have read in a long time, and another guest appearance from Daryl Palumbo (on Procession Commence) to round out this stellar first full length.

This band has more than potential, this band has more than a message, this band is just great. And to add the very tasteful and well done instrumental songs to break up the record just long enough to catch your breath. Get your windbreaker, champion socks and headband and gooooooooooo!!!! Get this record as soon as you can, it appears that the new age of “posi-core” is back and well received on this end.
