The Never-Enders – Air Raid Romance

This sounds like a fusion of some parts Thursday, Underoath, and modern rock.
While I am not too into this release, for what it is, it is very well done. Vocally very strong, and lyrically, while possibly clichéd. Don’t let that fool you. This has more rock to it than your average “post-blah blah blah screamo” band. In fact, the biggest saving grace of this release is not only the honesty of it, but it is a fun record you can blast with your sunroof open.
While not my thing, I think fans of modern “emo” and “screamo” looking for something more fun will more than enjoy this. This review took so long due to the fact I had to get over myself and listen to it objectively, and I am glad I did. Not a bad first release, and these guys do have some real potential here…
