25 Ta Life - Fallen Angel
www.backtabasics.de
25 Ta Life are one of the only DIY NYHC bands left that still put out a record and tour as much as humanly possible these days.
This time around, Rick and company make a record thats not only well produced, but straightforward NYHC, heavy, metallic, fast, and dirty as all hell. One of the best parts of the record is the fact Ricks unique vocal style is more discernable this time around, and that small improvement makes the record more enjoyable, for those sing-a -longs, and pile-ons.
This record, like all of the previous 25 Ta Life records, retains all the same themes as previously done, ranging from lost friends (RIP Archie), keeping it real (We Got The Spirit), saying **** the haters (Im your enemy), and all the things that good honest hardcore is about. The only let down for this release is its one of the best in recent members, but only 7 songs.
And another thing, no covers? This is a 25 Ta Life release isnt it? Yeah, Rick, his ever-revolving line-up delivers the tightest and best release since there days on Triple Crown. Glad to have you back.
