G SPOT TORNADO -HYMNS FOR HER
2006-SLAP DASH RECORDS

Where do I even begin with this band....G Spot Tornado!! G.S.T stems from the same home base as Finger Eleven, a suburb west of Toronto called Burlington!
Their name G spot Tornado (G.S.T) stems from a Frank Zappa track, although Mr. Luminati likes to think it’s his trademark sex move. The members of this band are....Gianni Luminati (vocals), K-dog on the Drums and Lee Bolt on the Axe.

The G.S.T album "Hymns For Her" is soon to be released in North American music stores near you!! Go out and buy a copy, spread the word you have never experience a band like this one, what I am saying will make sense once you have heard a track! That's when you buy their album. Caution to the narrow, listeners’ discretion is advised!! If you don’t like really good music and don’t have a sense of humor don’t buy or listen, with this band you either "LOVE EM OR HATE EM"

They as a band are actually utilizing their god given talents to make MUSIC. Their style is different, something new and inexplicable. It's not the same old shit you hear day after day but it's all about the eclectic blend of genres mixed with great sound. I always tell people it's not about what type of music it is, it's about how GOOD the music is! Most people are very narrow minded and scared to venture out of their specific likes of music and really miss the whole reason music is what it is. Why are people so inhibited? People think they should be like everyone else or must listen to their kind of music. You should be able to do and say what you want and listen to any music you chose but some people let others choose for them. Being real is what G.S.T is all about!

The music entrances you; they do everything right on this album with all the instruments infused into their unique blend of harmony. Almost every instrument you can think of is incorporated into their well crafted sonatas, A few of my personal favorite tracks are “Still Can’t Remember”, “Crack out 10 to 12 (The Hash Song)”, “Move in A Minor”, one of the most controversial lines in their lyrics is on the first cut on the album “Dirty Cheese” the line is “Even then you’ll get no piece but you might get your dick sucked by a catholic priest.” That by far will push some intentional buttons considering their image.. These guys have some great musical charisma but we’ll see if they have a killer live show, I will definitely review the show for all of you. Great songs of a comical nature, Jack Black watch your back Tenacious D has some competition.

Amusing are the personalities in the music in which you should not miss. Check them out at www.gspottornadoband.com or www.myspace.com/gspottornado I could go on forever about this band they are the next big thing! To see other great artists available on Slap Dash go to: MySpace

All good things must come to an end……..Who’s next?
