With two previous albums under their belts these Danish six piece turned trio have done it again with their third full-length album. They have come out strong with influences from ska, psycobilly, and surf rock hammered down to a set of pop-rock anthems. It showcases Patricia Day's double bass slapping and vocals with a sleezy passion, Nekroman's (Nekromantix' bassist) surf-infused guitar, and Neidermeier's powerful drumming style sets the mood.

It pays tribute to '80s new wave and goth punk most clearly noticed in "Missfit" which features an interlude with a modification of the melody of Madness' classic "Our House". "Heading For The Disco" is an attempt to throw rocks at the 80s revival and definetly sets the album in pure energy.

In the tune "Hitchcocks Scarlett" it goes to show that the Horrorpops aren't afraid to mix up the tempo with a crawl which showcases Day's vocal abilities, and not to mention the more pop-oriented track "Keep My Picture" which again shows off diversity in this album.

All in all this album in my opinion stays entertaining throughout due to their ability to push genres. Everything on Kiss Kiss Kill Kill is original and daring. I am sure with the the talent behind this band, there should be many more great albums to come.
