I had a problem on my flight over to New York where they didn't have the special meals we had ordered. I spoke to the head of cabin crew and she was awesome and helped jerry rig some special meals for us. Then as an apology at the end of the flight she gave us a free bottle of champagne. Does that sound like bad customer service to you?? Hell no, great way to start my vacation

Haha, well perhaps his compaint did the trick ; )

In fairness the guy did state his approval of Virgin on the whole, just not on that flight.
