Here are a few simple tips for increasing the speed of Logic, there is nothing more annoying that a slow music program! This does obviously depend on what speed your computer is, but these will help the overall performance.


Logic does have a tendency to run a lot the RAM up, so having any extra programs running that aren’t needed will speed the performance up a little.


Usually these programs are constantly performing checks and scan taking up much needed bandwidth for recording, close these utilities as they are not need, and anyone concerned with the lack of protection; well if airport is not running, then there is no internet!


These utilities both run in the background and hog up processing power.
